Beverages:
To ensure a seamless and refined experience for all guests, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Apples Bed and Breakfast Inn. Outside alcohol is not permitted in the Bridal Suite or anywhere on the property. For the safety and comfort of our guests and neighbors, open alcoholic beverages may not be taken beyond the grounds. In keeping with the law and our commitment to responsible hosting, alcohol may not be served to minors.

Music:
Music is welcomed on the grounds and may be enjoyed until 9:45 p.m. , in accordance with the City of Big Bear Noise Ordinance. Nestled within a peaceful residential neighborhood, Apples Bed and Breakfast Inn maintains an intimate and serene atmosphere. For this reason, amplified announcements, singing, and heavy or pounding bass are not permitted. A sound check will be conducted with your DJ to ensure volume levels complement the surroundings. The Inn reserves the right to adjust or discontinue music should it exceed approved levels. Live bands are not permitted. DJs or MCs are kindly asked to provide their own PA system and microphones.

Flowers:
To preserve the freshness and beauty of your floral arrangements, please note that Apples Bed and Breakfast Inn does not offer on-site flower storage. All floral deliveries and arrangements should be scheduled for the day of your celebration.

Decorations:
We welcome décor that enhances the natural charm of the Inn. For safety and ambiance, only LED or battery-operated candles are permitted. All decorations must be removed at the conclusion of the event and should leave no lasting marks on the property. Drafting tape is the only tape permitted, as it protects our walls; no other tape, staples, or straight pins may be used. Flower petals, balloons, bubbles, and birdseed are permitted outdoors only. To maintain the elegance of the grounds, rice, confetti, glitter, fog machines, pyrotechnics, and sparklers are not allowed.

General Information:
By hosting your celebration at Apples Bed and Breakfast Inn, you graciously grant permission for photographs and video captured during your event to be used for limited marketing and promotional purposes. In harmony with the peaceful mountain surroundings and the City of Big Bear regulations, all events must conclude by 10:00 p.m.

Pets:
To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Pricing:
The Wedding Package is offered at $7,000. A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due 45 days prior to the event.

Our elopement package includes:

Our elopement package is thoughtfully designed for couples seeking a truly intimate and meaningful celebration. Ceremonies take place between 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m., followed by a cake cutting and a champagne toast. The ceremony and reception may last up to two hours.

• Intimate garden ceremony.
• Use of our ceremonial gazebo.
• Ministry, wedding bouquet & boutonniere.
• Single-tiered wedding cake, including cutting and service.
• Champagne toast for up to 20 guests (extra $20 per person)
• One night stay in a beautifully decorated suite
• Each suite is specially appointed with a king bed, two-person spa tub, luxury robes, a sitting cove, in-room Keurig, and cozy fireplace.
• On-site “Day-Of Wedding Coordinator“ for peace of mind and planning assistance on the day of your wedding.

This package is ideal for couples wishing for a private ceremony for two, or for those who choose to include only immediate family and close friends. To preserve the magic and exclusivity of your day, we proudly host only one wedding per day.

Ala Cart Extra

In room massage for Two: Massage therapy provided by highly skilled and licensed masseuses. The bride and groom will each enjoy a 60 minute Swedish massage performed in the privacy of their own guest room.

Mimosa Bar:
Our Mimosa bar provides the bridal party activities, a décor piece, and a beverage all in one. Plus, who doesn’t love an opportunity for customization? It allows your bridal party to make their cocktail recipe exactly the way they like it. Maybe someone wants a lot of champagne and a splash of juice, or vice versa. It’s always fun to make your own drinks, especially when all the ingredients are pre-prepared.
